As a BIM coordinator and project manager, I am responsible for the overall coordination of the project in collaboration with various professionals. Together with a team of architects and designers we create the BIM model in Archicad. With the help of 3D BIM IFC models, we can eliminate various collisions and shortcomings during the design process, e.g. regarding water, sewerage, HVAC, heating, electrical and so on. We work in DDS-CAD and Revit. Using BIM models we can process the bill of quantities and bill of materials for budgeting in Nevaris, Cenkros, etc.
This way we can incorporate all technical details and plan the insulation of the building as well as eliminate thermal bridges. By combining the models of all professionals involved , we can process construction simulation and cost analysis over time using BEXEL Manager software. With the IFC BIM model linked to the drawings, we can locate the construction work accurately using DALUX. This serves us to communicate and analyse changes in both the design and construction phases.

My goal is to create high quality and visually clean project documentation. In it, I emphasize both interior and exterior details.
When designing, I always start with a sketch on my tablet. That way my ideas are not limited by software and get out of my head and into graphic form faster. I then model the space in Archicad, where I also finalize the drawings, complete documentation and supporting documents for the professionals. I create the exterior visualizations in Twinomtion, because it communicates perfectly with Archicad and so the whole project is connected and therefore easy to comprehend. I use Cinema 4 to visualize interiors, which has realistic and nice outputs. We architects are primarily connected online, we can work flexibly and practically anywhere.We can connect with the client remotely and they don’t have to travel to us.

interior architect and project managerMy collaboration with ArchiNea started in 2021 and I am mainly involved in civil engineering, creating construction drawings and linking 2D drawings with 3D models in BIM. I work in ArchiCad software, which mainly streamlines the design of building renovations.
At the same time, it facilitates the creation of outputs by ifc export of models, which helps, for example, professionals and budgeters. They take over the project and work directly in the concrete 3D model. By importing all outputs into one model, we can already find problems or clashes in the design phase. ArchiCad also works with the BIMx application, which allows, for example, the presentation of the model to the investor or a quick check of the project using an app on a phone or tablet, and its connection to the drawings. I see a great benefit in teamwork, mutual assistance and professional consultation that includes several professional aspects, and enables a joint search for optimal solutions.

I work primarily as a structural engineer and project manager. In the field of structural engineering I deal with designs and assessments of complex load-bearing structures in Germany, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Designed structures are mainly reinforced concrete and steel but we also specialize in timber and CLT structures. I consider attention to detail, precision and creativity to be key characteristics of any good engineer. I work in various BIM and FEM software such as REVIT, ArchiCad, RFEM and IdeaStatica.

I work as an architect at ArchiNea. I mainly deal with architecture of buildings, their layouts and exterior design. In all projects we try to combine beauty and functionality for the ultimate satisfaction of the investor and his customer.

Technical representation and details are handled in ArchiCad, visualizations in Twinmotion, which have convenient data transfer between them with quick application of changes.
