job description :
• responsibility for the preparation and delivery of complete documentation for all its stages
• completion of documents for the investor
• communication with the investor throughout the duration of the project
• ensuring construction surveying, plotting of the existing and proposed condition according to the investor’s requirements
• improvement proposals to the investor in order to contribute to the fulfilment of the investment plan
• communication with the authorities
• team management, division of tasks, responsibility for the schedule and sequencing of individual works, coordination of joint calls, responsibility for information exchange

• development of wiring projects for residential buildings in Germany, Slovakia and the Czech Republic
• occasional travel to set up Loxone technologies, programming systems and smart solutions
• preparation of the necessary documentation
• designing smart wiring, solar panels, earthing and lightning conductors
• lighting design (Dialux)
• preparation of budgets in Taifun or similar software

PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
You will be assigned with more complex tasks than just partial drawing and modelling. You will be given the opportunity to systematically develop your career and gain new broader competences.
Our team focuses on real estate investment, planning and development. Therefore, you will get the opportunity to analyze an investment return and participate in decision making processes. We design building information models (BIM) in ArchiCAD.
TEAMWORK
You will participate in functional detail studies for the next stages of project documentation.
Futhermore, you will work closely with the construction and project manager. The company language is English and German in addition to Slovak.
